just curious. On saturday, I'm returning to Thailand where I live from visiting my family in the US. It's 12 hours ahead and and I've been staying up a little later each night (last night until 4) to make it easier on myself. My folks think I'm crazy, but I think it helps. Otherwise I would crash and burn on return. How do you cope with time changes?

Avoid caffiene or anything that will keep you wide awake when you should be asleep. While you're there, still go to bed and get up at normal time. Don't wait until you're tired to go to bed. Forcing yourself to lie down and relax and unwind will help you get over it faster.

Play it out and simply appreciate. Face it! How many 40 hour days does everyone have in their life? Or you could meet me in Manila in February, and forget about time all together!
