You should see a doctor...

If certain things actually do make you itch, you could use a prescribed allergy med like the one I use, zyrtec
IF your itch is caused by being nervous, or by anxiety, the doctor can also advise you of treatment for that, either with or without a prescribed medication.

What is happening is when you get nervous, your body temp is rising, your capillaries are dilating this causes you to itch and get hives, a sudden change of temperature ( hot & cold) or something like a persons touch will cause it too. It has a name I just can't spell it, But I'll try (Henerlinergar -varatosis) For short, the hot & cold allergy. Not too many people have it, but I noticed lately more & more do. In all my years I only knew 4 people who did, my Doctor was one, but you can take Attrax( very strong, or you can buy over-the -counter Benadryl)

i had the same thing. went to doc and he said my nerves causes this. prescribed xanex which help other problems i had.
