A mojito is a drink made with rum. I have heard of a mixing kit that you can buy that makes them. If so where can you buy this kit. Is there a good recipe for these Mojitos. The best mojitos are at the Rum Jungle in Las Vegas?

It starts with:
1 Part Rum
3 Parts Club Soda
10-15 Mint Leaves - spearmint preferred
1/2 Lime
1/2 part sugar

In bottom of a small pitcher muddle (Crush and swiggle) the mint along with the sugar and the juice from the lime.
Add the Rum and Club soda mix well
Serve in tall glasses over ice with a wedge of lime.
Enjoy :-)

The above mentioned recipes are great.

I wouldn't recommend ever using mixes. (pre-mixed apple martini's, long islands, mojito's, etc. those filthy things should be outlawed!)

I love doing variations of drinks...
-Instead of sugar, try using splenda.
-Maybe use vanilla rum for a lovely vanilla mint mojito.
-86 the mint and subtitute Cachaça (Brazilian rum) to make Caprihana's

Happy drinking.

approx. 8 mint sprigs, 1 tbsp. sugar syrup, 1 lime, 2 1/2 oz light rum and club soda. put mint sprigs and sugar syrup in a highball glass, using a spoon mash mint leaves with syrup for 20-30 seconds. cut lime in half and remove seeds. squeeze the juice into the glass and put one half into the glass. pour in rum, stir, add ice and top off with club soda!

Don't bother with a kit just make sure you use fresh mint leaves and muddle (crush them in the glass) don't blend. The link below is a great source.
