What do you have to lose? She says "No"... She loses out on you. I believe there is something to be gained out of lots of "friendships/relationships".
Then again, she may say, "Yes." You now have the opportunity to be with her. It may work out, it may not.
Here's a word of advice.... "Fail at something you want to do."
I'd rather fail by taking a chance than not succeed by NOT taking a chance. Take the advice of an older man. Go for it!!! She's a human, you're a human. What's the worst she can do?
You think she's super gorgeous... This may be your one opportunity. Go for it! Look for an opening. Start out saying, "HEY!" Look for her interests. What does she have on her person to give you clues? Where does she go? What other activities do you see her doing?
You see her with a Starbucks coffee cup? Ask her what's the best drink of choice, because you want to try Starbucks.
You see her with a camera. "Pardon me, I notice you have a camera. My aunt was looking for one. She's been bugging me about helping her with a recommendation. May I see your camera?" (You're getting her to interact with you in a harmless situation.)
Look for an opening... What's the worst that she can do... Say "No!" It's like sales... You're going to hear over 100 "No's" before you're likely to hear a "yes".
SO go for it. She might be trying to open up to you!

Does she know you? Has she ever spoken to you or hang around anyone you know? Start by sayin hello before class...if possible. You can pick up vibes by just speaking to someone and seeing how they react, so if she responds at all in a good way then maybe there is a window of opportunity. If not, then move on.

"Accidental" meetings, bumping into's. Those work great. Eye contact will get her interested, followed up with a gorgeous smile, but don't look at her to long or she'll assume you for a weirdo, good luck.

Well you could start a conversation about how school is going for her, does she miss being at home. You know the simple stuff. Then when you two talk for a while then ask her.

Sincerety is the key.
I know this is easier said by me than done by you but try this out:
Try the honest approach: "My name is _______ and I am really lousey at this but I am interested in getting to know you better, how about a cup of coffee?
Or: I noticed in class that you have a great knowledge of _______....and go from there.
Good Luck!

It doesn't take any nerve to send a smile to her. By smiling at her she may smile back. Try it! You could always go up to her and introduce yourself, that would show her your interested. Don't waste time, do it as soon as possible before someone beats you to it. Good Luck! Cocoa

Talk about class. Walk out with her. You will know right away if there's any personality behind that beautiful face.
