Listen mate, in order for you to do engineering and computer science you have to have as the very least a command of language and communication, which is distinctly lacking in your question.
If you are to achieve anything, you must have a conviction to your craft whereby you live, breath and sleep computers or engineering or whatever it is you want to do. Anything less than 27 hours a day won't get you there! So, when you talk of," not full time", I know that you are not serious.
With the greatest respect, you need to do this full time and be 150% committed or it won't get you where you want to go. Learn to be above the average and write correctly is a good start.
