Muscle and fat weigh the same, don't listen to others, it's just that muscle IS MORE DENSE than fat. A pound of muscle weighs the same as a pound of fat...duh. But muscle is firmer, hence you don't have Jello bootie when you're muscular.

Work your legs and thighs, run, treadmill, stairclimber...these will all help your backside firm up and rid you of any fat back there. The point is to work your butt muscles...that'll make it nice, big and firm!!

why would you want a big bum? dont you think that if you have a fat a** and everything else small you will look funny? people like j-lo are born not made.

Just put on muscle mass as this weighs more than fat. lots of excercise and weight training
