I agree with you, like the whole DiVinci code thing.
But Jesus himself said that he will be persecuted by man, even after his death. And that all his believers will be persecuted by His name.
He foretold it, and its true. Im happy to be persecuted for my beliefs, Jesus told us to take up the cross for ourselves.

Because the media is the mouthpiece of Satan, and it will figure prominently in the rise of the Antichrist. The media operates on negatives----bad news is good news. To keep the ratings up and to make celebrities out of the news casters and reporters sensational stories need to be CREATED and made to look like news. As an example, the whole affair with Clinton and Monica was fabricated by the press. A President cheating on his wife is nothing new---it's been going on since George Washington. The media has an agenda, and that agenda is that it will shape the thinking of Americans----some stations in the past have been so bold as to publicly state this. Christianity is a popular target because by its very nature it is opposed to almost all of the programming of the media. Christians could put a stop to this if they would just get rid of their TV sets like I did three and one-half years ago. there is nothing redeeming about TV, not even Christian programming. There is no need to pay any attention to all that garbage on the news because most of it is lies anyway.

LOL i think youre twisting things to support your theocracy, If you act upon your intentions then we angels have a case agianst you.
"THE MEDIA IS A TOOL OF SATAN"
Really? If it is, then the Bible, which is a media too, must be the worst offender. Fundamentalists are fond of saying the Media is a tool of Satan because it broadcasts "sinful" material or "liberal" points of view. They say there's too much sex. There's too much violence. There are too many moral degenerates. There are too many Liberals. What they don't tell you, however, is that of all the media readily available to our nation's citizens, the Bible contains the worst elements. In Ezekiel 23:1-20 we see sex scenes that would get a Triple X rating. In Judges 19:22-29 there's a man who throws his female slave to a pack of rapists and then cuts her to pieces with a knife to cover his actions. In Genesis 19:4-8 a man gives his two virgin daughters to gang rapists in order to save his friends. And the Fundamentalists complain that other media is bad. The Bible has some of the worst. As for Liberal, check out Mark 10:21, where Jesus tells a rich man that if he wants to follow God he must sell everything he owns and give it to the poor. Now that's Liberal.
The real issue is not that the Media is a tool of Satan. It's not that the media is against the Bible. The real issue is that most Media outlets won't publish Fundamentalist made-truth as fact. Fundamentalists believe it's absolute truth. The rest of the world sees it as simply the extreme ramblings of one sect within the Protestant Christian church and basically ignores it. Thus, you'll hear these Fundamentalists say things like, "Here is the truth you won't hear in the secular liberal media...." Of course you won't hear it in the real world's media. Just because an extremist group believes something, it doesn't make it a fact.

Lemme think.. because the main antagonists in the current war situation are Muslim and we don't want to p!ss them off?
Nah, it's probably more likely it just makes for more interesting TV. The is also the idea that Jesus was apparently the Son of/Anthropomorphic Personification of Yahweh/Jehova while Muhammed only claimed to be a prophet.

YOu get a hit put on you when you attack Islam. Look at that English author who lived in fear for almost 20 years.
If you're going to go after a religion, go after one that turns the other cheek, much safer than one that carries swords and brings death to the infidel!

The USA is primarily a Christian nation.
People are just getting sick of believe stories that never happened. Hence, the boom in atheist literature and media these days.

wow, I wish it was true, but unfortunately there are too many christian things in the media that support it, but rarely do you see any atheist support groups in the media.
Christianity should be attacked, there is no evidence for it, and it has made America dumb and makes people not think logically

It's the primary religion in the US, and they know ppl will watch, either to reinforce they're own beliefs, or just so they can get really pissed because they see their own beliefs being attacked.
