As far as I can tell, most avatars do not accurately portray what a person really looks like. I judge by the chemistry in the first few emails.

huni, i think most people think thats all people go by, its not true! Looks may sometimes first attract you to someone, but not always enough to keep you with them!
True story - i met a guy in a bar once, very good looking - all the girls were eyeing him up, and surpirisingly enough he came on to me above them all, we chatted and he was the most mind dumbingly boring person i have ever spoke to(im not sayin all good lukin guys r like that), then the same night i met a quiet, shy not so good looking guy in the burger bar, who was the most poliet and interesting and funny guy i have ever met! thats my experience anyways! i always look past a pretty face now!!

i don't judge men by their appearance if they have a good additude and a funny personality it doesn't matter what you look like the looks are not what counts but they're just icing on ther cake if you are hot then so be it but if not and you have a good personality then we'll hit it off

I'll admit when I see a guy for the first time what draws me in are looks. But thats just because at that point thats all that you know.

I do, I think you have to have some sort of physical attraction aswell as emotional. But I have been in situations where I thought a guy was cute after I got to know him.

mostly all of them but no women don't want a man whos ugly. but some women don't care about how a man look but how they personality is.

If everyone is truthful..........Looks count on both sides of the sexes..........It's when a person is secure enough, not to let it influence them about the person.
Put my vote as... Gotta have looks!
