Losing lots of weight fast is a bad idea.

1) It's unhealthy to do it too quickly, and
2) It will go back on just as fast as you lost it

If you simply need to make a weight for some reason, the best quick way is to take a sauna and sweat it off. But be sure to rehydrate afterwards.

Have you considered amputation?

Like everybody is saying it is Very unhealthy for you to lose weight quickly. But if you need to... Drink a lot of water so that you are peeing all the time. Don't eat any carbs, or meat. Maybe celery, a slice of an apple, or a couple of raisins a day. Then exercise until you collapse. And don't forget to keep on drinking water until it makes you sick.
If you don't need to lose it THAT quickly start eating healthy, that means no junk food. And exercise regularly. Like everyday for about an hour. Do some cardio and weights.

I am a vegetarian, so I know what to eat. Let me just tell you, do not over eat, do not eat lots of sweets. EXERCISE!!! Every one thinks that the key to losing wiehgt is eating. Yes, that is partially it. But the real part is exercising. Riding bikes help. (Thats what I did, and I lost 4lbs in a week, but I did 10 minutes a day) Running, and everything. Plus you don't have to too much. If you have time. Just work out. It's so true! Don't listen to those diet plans! They barley work. Just exercise, don't over eat, and don't eat sweets. Maybe once in a whil though... :) good luck

(by the way: I have been doing that for 3 months now, I have lost 87 pounds!)

Everyone else is right, Really fast isnt really good for your body. But a healthy way to do it pretty quick.....
1.) Only water to drink
2.) Small Portions. Absolutley NO FAST FOOD.
3.) Go for a run EVERY morning or evening. Running is absolutley the BEST for your body. And it makes it go quickly.

You still have to eat though. and drink plenty of water. A multi-Vitamin is a good choice as well if you want plan on eating less and running.

losing weight fast is very dangerous.....you need to lose weight over time, maybe 1 pound a week....how you do this is very simple....stop eating junk and drinking soda, eat fruit and vegatables and chicken....not pasta covered in cheese, and start to exercise every day....if you have a pair of good shoes and a mall or area where it is safe to walk outside, go and walk at a fast pace for half an hour........if you do this in a few months you will be in great shape and will have lost some weight.

There's no such thing as a HEALTHY way to lose weight fast. You could starve yourself practically and/or over-exercise. OR you could be healthy and start exersizing a reasonable amount and start eating better. RESEARCH! :). No partially hydrogenated stuff

Think low fat, low carb, and snacking to keep you full. Snack HEALTHY though. And WATER WATER WATER. If you hate the idea of all that water, then try Crystal Light. That's a great way to get your water intake without getting bored with water :).

The fastest and most effective way of losing weight and keeping it off is cutting down on Carbs. You can eats lost of green vegetables, watch your sugar intake and drink plenty of water. Anything that is high in Carbs will pack the weight on, such as: Bread, Corn, Pasta, potatoes, etc.... Good luck!

There is nothing called FAST in weight management.
Under waht condition you gained weight and how long it took to gain that weight is imperative.
There is a method called cellular nutrition replacing two of your meal and having one meal of your choice, and drinking one liter of water for every 44lbs to get the desired results.

no one loses weight REALLY FAST, and if they do, they`re gonna become very sick. so don`t. but if u feel like u need to lose SOME weight, remember to drink lots of water, eat healthy foods like fruits & nuts. they give u a lot of energy so u can exercise and they dont have a lot of calories. and , drink green tea too, because its calorie FREE.
