Is this a problem? Can it be doing damage to my organs?

This can be extremely dangerous. Very recent study has shone that this can cause liver damage, esp. overuse. There were 25,000 transplants in the States, last year, and it is difficult to get a donor. It looks like you've gone over the top with self-medication.
Let a doctor coordinate your meds for you. He has better medication and can probably satisfy your needs with one or two pills.

zantac also may cause liver damage and prolong the action of other drugs and inc. toxicity .
but these side effects appears to susceptible people and with high doses.
