Inside Paris, Casino are forbidden. But in the north of Paris in the city of Enghein-les-bains (20mn from Paris by car) you have a big casino. Not so big such as those in Las vegas but you can play to many different table and machine.
Also in Deauville (Normandy) you have a beautiful casino and the city is really nice...

No, but Monte Carlo is to the south is the casinos of casinos.
