What cabinet color (light, medium, or dark cherry brown) would look best with black appliances? Also, what countertop color would look best with the cabinet choice?

You can come up with a great combination of any cabinet, countertop, and appliance colors. I personally like my kitchens to be darker and warm, so I vote for medium to dark cabinets and a darker countertop.

I think medium cabinets would look best with black appliances.What color are you putting on the walls?Pick a counter top with a soft mixture of all the colors in it.I'm having my kitchen redone with light wood and floors,wainscotting half way up the walls,soft rose on the top half,light laminate floors and the countertop is called sunlight mesa,a combination of all the colors in the kitchen.Maybe you should pick out the countertop first and go from there,that's what I did and I'm going to be really happy with it!

I don't know a lot, but I wouldn't want everything to be too dark because the appliances are black. Black appliances are very pretty. You could use a pretty white and add some color along with it. There are so many colors that would look georgeous with black.
