The public library in the town where Joanne passed away should have an Obit for her. You can find the library online through the Yellow Pages, or a direct link from the local web sites. Then call the library. Librarians will help you if you are just nice to them. Also, you could try these sites:

Look in Obits in the Elkins Intermountain or the Upshur County West Virginia papers eirther should have carried it. Hope this helps

check the funeral home she was at, most have the obit posted..
my wife's is still on the funeral home site and she passed on the 5 Dec 06
