Not every spray bottle does, it depends what type of gas the bottle uses to push the liquid into the air. Pump spray bottles do not affect the ozone layer at all.

It used to be that aerosol cans used something called CFCs which released compounds into the air which were theorized to deplete the ozone layer.

Since then companies have found alternative ingredients that are less damaging to the environment.
