I tailor my 'flavor' of Vitamin Water to whatever I may need nutritionally at different moments, of course. When I feel a cold coming on, I drink the Defense flavor. When I'm sluggish from the night before, I drink Revive. When I work out, I drink either Energy or Endurance. They do seem to give me a boost, but I'm curious if they're really all that beneficial.

Old adage "if it works for you" - realize everyone is different biologically so beneficial is a variable.
Vitamin impact theories also vary widely but current thinking is that they need to be in a full vitamin / mineral combination that is cheleated (sp?).

But check these articles center page (after the commercial ads)

My friends swear by it, but it could just be a placebo effect, too. Because when you take vits on empty stomach I heard they come right back out/ u don't absorb them. Do some research on the net. Keep up the good work!!
