I know this is a odd question, but I'm looking for a roundtrip ticket from Raleigh,NC (RDU) to Minneapolis,MN (MSP). I'm looking to travel between May to July. I'm open to any time of day. The thing I'm looking for is a price between $200 and $250/roundtrip.
Can someone please help me?

The Cheapest I have found is on Hotwire.com Flights go from 290-310 on US Airways, with varied departure times.
I would check into calling the airlines themselves, if you want to pay that much, But as for hotwire, this is all that I could find.
Hope it helps.

Change your dates to Wednesday back Tuesday as Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday are the best days to travel. Travel agents don't get paid by the airlines so while they might know the routes and flights better, and can look to see how full the flights seem to be, they aren't likely to get you the best deal. I usually check what Hotwire and Priceline come out with, then cut it another 25-40% and "bid" on Priceline. You don't get to choose your times but you can choose your dates. Priceline only lets you try to bid 2 or 3 times, I think so you can go deep discount once but if you get no flights, try something a little closer to published.

Advice not adirect link to the ticket you want. I book cheap flights several tiems a year and it varies which is the cheapest, which is unfortunate and means you have to shop around.
If you need your hand held the travel agent is great, and will probally get you a fiar deal. I havent gotten any rock bottoms from my local ones though.
Hotwire and priceline only seem a few dollars cheaper for a lot of loss of flexibility to me, but for bottom dollar they sometimes get it.
I check expedia and travelocity, and orbits (although I've never purchased from them) but my favs are last minute travel I use site59 and lastminute. I've also gotten the best deal direct from AA and Delta before when planning ahead.
You have awhile - check prices now - book if they are acceptable - if not sigh up for some newsletters (shermans, and travelzoo are good) to get notifications of fare sales. Watch what happens till march and see if you catch a sale. Good luck your prices are not unreasonable.

Call a travel Agent. Online ticket sites only access the advertised fares, but Travel Agents have access to those AND unadvertised specials and discounts.
Travel AGent's charge you nothing for the inquiry and if you DO find a good cheap flight, using the TA costs you NOTHING. (TA's get thier money from a discount applied by the Airlines)
