well you must have Nero or some CD burning device like dat.
So go to it
then data Cd Then add the files required its self-explanatory.
Then click on bUrn And ur done.

Assuming that you have a CD Burner and the necessary software (Nero, Roxio, etc), save the pictures from the email to your hard drive. Note where you save them to.
Then, following the instructions for your specific CD burning software, you can burn them from your hard drive.
