In addition the the good examples above: Jesus:
+ Said a blessing before meals
+ Participated in group Jewish religious services in the Temple and synagogues
+ Memorized and prayed the Psalms
When Jesus cried out on the cross, "My God, my God, why have you abandoned me?" he was reciting the first words of the 22nd psalm, one of the lamentation psalms. But the psalm ends on a positive note with, "And I will live for the LORD."
With love in Christ.

Jesus prayed like the Muslims, with his face on the ground:
Matthew 26:39
"Going a little farther, he fell with his face to the ground and prayed, ‘My Father, if it is possible, may this cup be taken from me. Yet not as I will, but as you will'"

I believe he prayed on his knees (sort of like the Christian Catholics do at Church) and had his arms resting on a large rock (or similar, to rest his elbows on) along with his hands clasped pointing up to heaven. He spoke to God as if he was in the same room with him. It's good to start your prayer with "Dear Heavenly Father," or "Our Father who are in Heaven"....
It also says in the bible, "Going a little farther, he fell with his face to the ground and prayed, ‘My Father, if it is possible, may this cup be taken from me. Yet not as I will, but as you will.'" found in the book of Matthew 26:39 NIV
Taken from the book of Matthew Chapter 6, verse 5-15
"And when you pray, do not be like the hypocrites, for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and on the street corners to be seen by men. I tell you the truth, they have received their reward in full. But when you pray, go into your room, close the door and pray to your Father, who is unseen. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you. And when you pray, do not keep on babbling like pagans, for they think they will be heard because of their many words. Do not be like them, for your Father knows what you need before you ask him.
This then, is how you should pray:
"Our Father in heaven,
hallowed be your name,
your kingdom come,
your will be done
on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us today our daily bread.
Forgive us our debts,
as we also have forgiven our debtors.
And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from the evil one."
For if you forgive men when they sin against you, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you do not forgive men their sins, your Father will not forgive your sins.
