You're limitations for powdered drinks and not doing any weight training will limit your success.
See a doctor about your metabolism.
The only way to gain weight is to consume more calories than you burn off, and if you do just that, you will gain fat, not muscle, and that's NOT healthy.
Go to the gym- you can do 20 minute work outs four time a week with GREAT success!
Then talk to a body builder and ask their opinion on gaining body mass.

Just don't work out if you don't want muscle weight. Except if you gain weight your going to be fat. Would you rather weigh more and look good, or weigh the same and look all flabby? You can work out when you don't notice, if your at work (depends on your job) you can lift things and move them if you need to, like books or something. Or you can just eat a lot of calories a day and sugar, and become fat.

Women in a certain country that I know when they want to gain weight in a matter of 3 months they drank a pint of fresh cows milk six times per day, if you tried that perhaps your wishes will be accomplished.

Don't be in a hurry. If you want to be healthy then you will have to do some exercise. You can't gain muscle without it. Do you really just want to pack on fat? Why do you want to gain weight anyway? Be happy with your genetics and use it to your advantage.

Try getting more protien,.. Have an extra helps from each meal, 2 maybe 3 servings for breakfast, lunch and dinner..
