There isn't really an "ideal" but there is a medical Healthy Weight Range chart that physicians use.

Your minimum weight is 113 pounds.
Your maximum weight up until age 25 is 130.
Your maximum weight from age 25-45 is 135.
Your maximum weight over age 45 is 141.

The easiest way to answer this question is, For women 5lbs per inch over 5 ft and guys its 7.5lbs per inch over 5 ft.
