I have tried shaving, but no matter how I do it I break out on my chest. Waxing has much the same result, even from professionals. I don't have the money for laser removal. It is not only an excessively large amount that the opposite sex is taken aback a bit, but is irritating for me as well especially in warmer climes. What to do?
