Boeing has a few new aircraft. In 2006 they test-flew the 737-900ER. They have the 747-8 both freighter and passenger versions to debut around 2009-2011 time frame. Boeing has a new 747-400ERF which is extra long freighter so the aircraft can fly further. The 777-LR I think is relatively new. Then there is the 787 Dreamliner which should enter service in 2008.

The Dreamliner, now also known as the 787, is supposed to be flying in the next few years. There could be an extended version of the 747 as well.

The 787 will not be a an Airbus A380 competitor. It is really a replacement for the current Boeing 757/767 aircraft and a competitor to the Airbus A330 and upcoming A350.

I like herkco's answer! The 787 is the newest of Boeing's. But they are always improving the older designs as well. If you go to Boeing and GE's websites, you'll see some of what is going in to the plane and its engines, really amazing.
Yeah the delays Airbus is going through with the 380 are really going to screw them over. FedEx supposedly ordered several and then went to Boeing when Airbus "screwed the pooch". The 380's a beautiful plane, but I think its just too damn big.
