I've heard of this diet but never had talked to anyone about how it affected them.

I've tried it and prefer it. For one thing there are more choices for dinner. Most of us tend to eat heavier meals in the evening. If we eat them in the morning, we burn off more calories throughout the day's activities. Not too long after evening meals, we go to bed. Many calories are not burned off during sleep, and we tend to put on weight. Stay away from the donuts. They'll get you every time. Eggs will give you energy for about four hours, while donuts hype you up with sugar but only supply energy for about one - two hours.

Sounds like a good idea. as you might burn off more of the calories from dinner throughout the day. Eating less at night is probably a healthy thing to do.

It sounds like it would work.

I've never done it. I don't have time in the morning to cook an entire dinner.. That's probably the catch...

I tried it and lasted less than a day. I think it'll be worth trying though, since you have more time during the day to burn all the calories off from Dinner and Lunch. Also try eating a bit healthier so its easier to lose the weight. Good luck!

Its not so much about when you eat a certain type of food, but mostly about the portion size you eat. It's better to eat smaller often than to eat 3 big meals a day.

It really shouldn't matter what order you eat your meals. Weight is determined by calories in and calories out. If you burn more calories than you consume, you will lose weight, otherwise you will maintain or gain weight.

There is no difference. Its the portions of food, not what food your eating. So switching doesn't make a difference.

it doesnt work, you are putting the same amount of calories/fat in your body whether you "reverse" it or not.
