No, this will not cause you to get a cold. You have to be exposed to a germ to receive colds, and wet hair will not cause this. If you are feeling as if you are getting a cold, do not do it. However if you have no symptoms, then no going out with wet hair will not make you sick.

i think u could if it is cold outside but if it is hot i don't think u could get sick
