Remember to eat your food in moderation. instead of having two pancakes in the morning, have one. portion control makes a huge difference to you weight and your way of life. pretty soon, your weight will melt off like a dream. stay away from chips and fast food and don't eat 3 hrs before you sleep. drinks sufficient water and walk/run more too. and don't forget that moderation is key.

let me tell you, you can lose weight super fast by tons of fad diets out there like the no carb diet but you will gain it back even faster and then some, my friend did that no carb diet and lost tons of weight she looked great, the best ever but screwed up one weekend and it all came back now she's back to square one. Me, I've been doing Weight Watchers for almost 4 years and have kept my weight off! You can eat what you want, it's all about portions and control. You lose 1-2 pds a week but believe me you would be happier in the long run! Good luck!

Cut off one of your arms.

Actually there is no healthy way to lose weight fast and even if you do the chances are extremely high that you will just pack it back on again.

The only way to lose weight successfully is to do it gradually. Slowly increase your activity levels and slowly decrease your food intake. Its a simple formula and it works.

The problem is that people are too impatient and that advertisers are constantly pushing unrealistic weight loss targets down our throats at every minute.

Losing weight fast with a fad diet is not smart. I might recommend becoming a vegetarian; it takes some research to find out about it, but it's well worth it. Good for you, good for the environment, and cheaper. And you will probably lose 50 lbs in a few months (assuming you have that much to lose.) Good luck!

It will not be healthy for you to lose it too fast.

Ideally, you lose about 2 pounds a week. And you do it by eating plenty of vegetables, protein, and a little carbohydrate, too. Eat about 1200-1300 calories a day, use the internet to find a good chart of calories. And EXERCISE by walking at least a mile a day, fast enough to get your heartrate elevated.

Good luck!

you will have to starve yourself and exercise. That's what the stars do. And a laxative now and then wouldn't hurt either. But this will only be short term.
