when downloading try selecting "save as" first instead of open directly after download. this should do it

Right Click on the link and choose "Save Target As" and save it in a location of your choice. After the download is completed, you'll find the file here.

If it still doesn't work out, try looking for the file in the temporary directories. If the file has not be copied fully or has errors, try using a dowload manager. It will speed up downloads and give you a wide variety of options inculding pausing/resuming of downloads. Try: Free Download Manager from:

Try doing wid DAP software. Install it from www.download.com
