None that fight it. But if I'm feeling really down a good glass of Chamomille with a bit of lemon will calm me down and help me relax and "let-go" of the problems. For some reason it makes it easier for me to reflect on what has me depressed and how to best deal with it. It's not a proven relaxation aid, but it helps me =)

Yes, St John's Wort is a mood enhancer. Your supposed to drink at least a cup a day. Don't worry if you already like tea it's pretty good the only complaints I've heard are from people who normally dont drink tea.

Yes. Tea itself is anti- depressent. Preferably green tea with Ginseng.
