If I were a man, I'd probably would say Italian, Brazilian Portuguese, French or Russian. But those languages make a man sound way too feminine, I think...
So: English!!
I've got a weakness for Scottish and Irish accents, North England as well or even just the islands in general, only not US (I don't think the American accent is sexy at all -sorry;-)
P.S. Only one point for Spanish? :-(

If you mean a 'spoken ' language . . . I'd say French and Spanish spoken from Spain. There is English spoken form west coast and then there is the New York, Bronx English . . . there is a difference of the sound. But any language expressed with sincerity and authentic depth is sexy.
The unspoken language spoken with the heart, expressed with the eyes and smile . . . makes me melt.
