You aren't recording the music, you are recording the sound channel on your PC. Go into control panel, sounds and turn off any mouse click or alter sounds. You can the illegally record as much on line music as you want.

Let me make it simple for you
Do a simple Google search saying software for recording live streaming audio you will be prompted with number of results but choose only the one which records from sound card & make sure you will not select the one which records from your mic.
Make sure once installed in the settings that the input source will not be mic
Use the trail version first before you buy anything. I have used a few a while ago nearly a year back can’t remember now as you can find many on the net.
That’s it you are ready to go.

Maybe you could turn off the sound theme and then the clicks wouldn't play and get recorded.
