You mention a second job so presumably you have a first job.

If you are employed then the phone number is printed on your notice of coding for your main job. If you are self-employed then you will be completing self-assessment returns anyway so the additional income can be shown on the next return.

Normally the employer in your second job would notify the Inland Revenue that you are working for them. Do you have some reason to think that they are not operating the PAYE system properly?

you will possibly desire to notify HMRC of all your sources of income earlier 5 October each 3 hundred and sixty 5 days. the only exceptions are the place all your income has already been taxed and there isn't any extra desirable tax to pay. in case you have £1million interior the financial company, you have tax to pay on the interest, so there's a requiremnt which you will tell HMRC which you have a financial company account that has generated interest. there isn't any requirement which you will tell them which you have gained the lottery, yet they are in all probability to ask you.
