try lifting staplers as weights, go for long walks to the stairs and do what I call "going to do stairs" walk up and down then over and over. leg lifs under your desk is always good. side twists for your waist, you sneak those in when nobody is around : ) good luck! Your not alone!

You can exercise at any place and loose some calories. But if intake is more than requirement you will not succeed. For that you should follow diet chart.
Avoid stale, spicy and fatty foods and add salads and green vegitables to your diet. Minimise carbohydrates and try to live on sprouts when you feel good hunger. That is more effective.
You should try home made food only if possible.

Any movement burns calories. Try tapping your fingers or feet. I read that tapping your foot 1000 times burns 100 calories.

drink cold water. for every gallon of water that you drink at 32 degrees f, you use up about 120 calories. and since you work in an office most watercoolers cool their water down to between 32-35 degrees.

Any movement will help - stay fidgety by constantly moving your legs. You can also do butt squeezes just sitting there and clinching your cheeks together repeatedly. Also work your abs by sucking your belly button in for a 5 count (5 counts equal about one crunch).

Leg lifts are really good. You can do them under your desk without people thinking you are crazy.

i know it sounds wierd but shaking your legs up and down really helps! and you don't even realize you're doing it after a while.
