It is NEVER too early to start drinking.
In fact, if you are going to drink all day, you may as well start early.

two different issues: starting to drink is not starting to get drunk. Am drinking now and hope to continue as long as am not getting tipsy.!
No fixed time to start drinking if you've eaten well, done your job and needs to relax with some smirnoff

no such thing as long as you have nothing important to do that day. even better if you wake up still a little drunk from the night before might as well keep going.

Drunk by noon? That's how you were conceived, kid. Ask your mother.
