There is no such thing as "the Christian flag." Our true citizenship is not of this world, so why do we need a flag? We're just temporary residents here.

They are both only symbols. It depends on how people want to display them. The US flag has a set of rules for display in regards to other flags as I am sure the Christin does. And I am sure some of these may come into conflict. OO

The U.S. Flag should always be stage right if it's stationary.

Any other flags or banners should be no higher than the U.S. Flag.

It was my understanding that you should never fly the US flag under another flag... but they do say "One Nation Under God"... so... I guess to avoid fights over the matter I might fly them at the same height.
