If you know where she died go to the local Registrar's Office. They will be able to help.

Phone first and make an appointment.

That really isn't enough information, do you know the county that she died? You need to call or write the County Hall of Records and inquire into a death certificate. It cost a few bucks to get a copy or you could go to the cemetary that she is buried they should have a record there too.

Ask a relative, or find the death certificate. It's also on her headstone at the cemetery where she's buried.

Failing this and still can't find it. Go to the following website and search that data base.

Try talking to people who would know. Was she in hospital maybe? they will have the records if she was. Maybe other family members know. If all else fails try finding her death certificate, that will have the exact time. I don't know where this would be but try going through in formations.

Go to your public library. Almost all libraries have birth and death records on microfish or some other form. You can ask anyone there, I am sure they would be happy to help you. Good luck!

Birth deaths and marriages are registered at the local council where she lived.

If you are in the UK it's simple, just go to the registrars where her passing was registered. If you are in the US, I'm not so sure, but I am sure there are websites that can help too. Good Luck.

Go to the Town Hall - they should be able to provide you with a copy of her death certificate, or tell you where to get a copy, which you may have to pay for.

Check on line at SSDI (social security death index). Most people use this site for genealogy research. Just google SSDI.
