you should make a nice SPAGHETTI with ground turkey, shrimp, and beef sausages. get ragu sauce with the vegetables in it and make sure you also use tomato paste and sauce for nice thick sauce put about 1/2 cup of sugar in the sauce for a lil sweetness.
or you can make homemade CHICKEN PARMAGIAN, you take breast cutlet, split in half, scramble up some egg yolk. season chicken, dip in yolk, dip in flour, put in oil, fry on both sides drain grease put in an aluminum pan put some ragu marinara on top with some mozzarella cheese and let back till cheese is nicely melted.
or you can do a nice BAKED CHICKEN, season it with some hot sauce(not a lot, it wont be spicy) and some mojo marinade and some sazon. and make MAC AND CHEESE(if you use from a box get kraft deluxe, add egg yolk to cooked noodles, and package cheese, and add kraft shredded cheese let bake for 30 to 45 min or till cheese is melted nicely), and make CABBAGE with TURKEY NECK BONES(boil neck bones till tender then take bones and water and put in pot with cabbage and let cook till tender.
this is your first meal with him so you want it to be special, something he wont forget. get a nice wine or some homemade lemonade and his fav ice cream for dessert

Something you have made before so there is no pressure of doing a new recipe for the first time. Something that needs a long time in the oven so you have a long time to open wine and chill out and definately a dessert you can share with 2 spoons under the duvet.

Something easy of course!!! You can get bow tie pasta and use your favorite sace with that, make some garlic bread, and serve with a salad.
or, make chicken on the George Foreman and top with provolone or mozzeralla cheese and top with spaghetti sauce, either serve as a sandwich or by itself, you could put of some angel hair pasta or also just serve with a salad

Go with pasta, salad, bread, and a nice wine. It's simple, it's romantic, and it gives you time to talk and catch up with each others day. Good luck!

do you have a speciality dish that you are known for? if not, go for something simple. soup or salad, a nice pasta dish (shrimp fra diavlo (sp?), a simple dessert (ice cream, fruit & yogurt parfaits, or store bought pie/cake) and wine.
