Since we moved in together, my boyfriend doesn't seem to be interested in sex anymore. What's up with that?

It's hard to say, does he disappear as well, do he show signs of pulling away other than sex, does he seem secretive, is he not coming home when he should. Those are usually signs that go along with the problem

I am so sorry for you.
His true attitude about sex can now be revealed. He really isn't into sex. You know how it is when we are out to impress a new person. Everyone modifies their true behavior until they "snag" that conquest.
There is a support group for the sexually neglected. Your drive is obviously a mismatch for his... heed this red flag. You can read the horror stories of this hellish plight at SWAGE.

because he doesn't have to put in any effort anymore to keep you. He has you living in the same place. You are his property now. Why should he need to put in the effort to keep you satisfied?
What has he said when you asked him about it?
What does your intuition say? Maybe he is comfortable. Maybe he doesn't like you anymore. Maybe he is getting his sex elsewhere and doesn't feel like it when he gets home.
Find out which one it is, sooner rather than later.
