You don't have a third eye. Psychic stuff is crap and has been refuted many times over.
To get out of such superstitious nonsense, I suggest reading more about the world. Try studying science. Find out how the world really works.

Well first, medical science has to come up with a way to give you one with eyelids. Then you need to learn to use the nerouns to close those lids.

Once it is open it cannot be closed, usually if you dont meditate for long enough it might close on its own.
