Reliance Life Insurance was liquidated in 2000 - ie, it went under! So there is no CEO now.

See this bit of info here: http://www.relianceinsurance.com/ it also includes contact info for the state insurance department, if you need to put a claim in on an old Reliance policy.

I thought this was a bankrupt entity formerly associated with Saul Steinberg. I think that it may still be in liquidation in a Pennsylvania bankruptcy court. The CEO would then be irrelevant if not non-existent. The court would be able to address your questions.
