Dear friends,
The state of Colorado recently passed Referendum K, which directs the Colorado Attorney General to initiate, or join other states in, a lawsuit against the US Attorney General to demand that the federal government enforce existing federal immigration laws.
So far, I don't know of any push in Texas for any legislation such as Referendum K. (let me know if I have missed this) However, CFIR supports this type of action and encourages you to get in touch with our Attorney General and Governor.
Attorney General Greg Abbott - PO Box 12548, Austin TX 78711 (512) 463-2100), Fax (512) 463-2063, www.oag.state.tx.us
Governor Rick Perry - P.O. Box 12428, Austin TX 78711 - (512) 463-2000 - (Fax) 512.463-1849 - www.governor.state.tx.us
Colorado lawmakers also passed a bill during last summer's special session, House Bill 1014, directing the attorney general to "pursue all available remedies to recover" any money owed from the federal government for "the reimbursement of costs incurred by the state in dealing with illegal immigration.
State Representative Solomans of Coppell has authored HCR 11 that reads: "Directing the attorney general to seek recovery of money from the federal government for costs incurred by the state in dealing with illegal immigration and to demand federal enforcement of federal immigration laws."

Because they are the biggest contributors to unemployment in the US, and they are forcing many US citizens into early retirement. Three illegals are working for the price of one American and with no employer benefits. They help the employer in the present and future. An ex-friend of mine use to brag about the money he was saving by hiring illegals and (of course) what great workers they are (home-depot management). He then arranged for some of them to work on and clean his mother-in-laws small business. Then they where hired to do the lawn work at their homes. Actually the only American they still use is the pool guy, but give the illegal’s a bit more time and they will pool enough cash together to invest in some pool cleaning equipment. At the same time another friend lost her small home cleaning business, two young mothers that was looking for an apartment together so they could move out of the welfare housing project lost their employment there. You know the job’s Americans don’t want to do! One year prior to the above another friend lost their family run small landscaping business. You know the job’s Americans don’t want to do! Illegals even hurt the people TRYING TO GET OFF OF WELFARE. If the low wage earning illegals recieve amenisty they would also qualitfy to live in public welfare housing which is already full with legal citizens, The welfare housing projects are already dangerous, when the illegals move in, the housing projects will become a real war zone!!! If you’re ever in PA just e-mail me and you can meet all these people, just bring ICE with you, we would really welcome the feds!

I don't care where they came from or where they are going. I don't care what color their skin is. I don't even care if they are illegal or not. We have to work for 10 years before we are eligible for minimum benefits. If special treatment and allowances are given to immigrants of any kind is it any wonder why they all want to come here? If an American citizen immigrated anywhere else, how likely is it that they would be given benefits of any kind? Especially before their own natives could collect such benefits. The American dream has acquired a whole new definition now that it is so easy for any immigrant to take it from us. What is wrong with our government? They sell our land right out from under our feet and financially support people who have not contributed to our system the way we have to. It sounds like blatant discrimination to me. Wake up and smell the coffee!

They deserve to be deported, that's all ,nothing more
This is a miscarriage of justice.I hope Bush and his cohorts roast in hell for this one.It certainly seems as tho the USA government is not for legal Americans any more.It takes 10 years for legal Americans and the illegal alien, theses law breakers, can just work for 18 months.Am I the only one that sees this as a criminal act by our government and a betrayal of public trust?

Illegals don't deserve a damn thing, I don't care what the situation is. It seriously gripes my *** that these people come over here, take our jobs, use our tax dollars to buy new cars and homes, get food stamps and Medicaid, welfare checks, whatever, and then ***** and complain that "America don't do enough for them." Oh freakin' well!!! You moved here, dammit, do some **** for yourself!!
Report me, I don't much care. This is my honest opinion. If you can't handle it, oh freakin' well.

Illegals shouldn't be allowed to get it period. I won't be getting any Social Security and I was born here and have paid into it most of my life. Why should they have something that I can't have?
