Me, my wife and 2 children of 9 and 7 years old would like to travel by British Airways to North America. We intend to fly on the 22nd of June to Montreal or Toronto from Dhaka (Bangladesh). After spending 2 weeks vacation in Canada we intend to go to USA by bus and after spending 3 weeks in USA return from New York with a 10 days stopover in London. My question: can we buy BA return ticket from different reurning points and will it effect on the ticket price.

Yes you can do that, but you will have to ask a travel agent. It will have some effects on the price. I've done this many times...and it does change the price and sometimes a lot...I know that it may be cheaper to do this: If you take British Airways you will probably go from Dhaka / London / Montreal coming here, then if you choose to go to the USA, it might be cheaper to take a quick flight to Montreal (about 350$) or again the bus (about 120$) and then doing the same flight back Montreal / London / Dhaka (asking for a longer layover in London)
The time in between the flights don't matter to much as the order you take the flights or how different your itinerary is coming to and coming back fro a destination...the last one will modify you price.

There are actually not any flights from the united kingdom (different than London) or eire to Montreal direct. basically until you leave from Dublin, that's very uncommon, i think. you will possibly the two might desire to connect or arrive in yet another city, at the same time with Toronto. Connection factors can comprise ny/Newark JFK/EWR, and fairly some different US cities.

sure, this is called "open jaw" ticketing. Think you will have to use travel agent or buy direct from BA, as usually websites aren't set up to handled complicated itinerary like this.
