A subjective question. What I may consider best looking may not be your best looking. I say check it out yourself and see. Some the women change places like you change your shorts. Why? Because they don't earn enough usually. Some are students working their way through school. Some are office ladies who work the evenings. And some are women who work the discos who need to earn extra for their families or themselves.

Oh yeah, if you check out Thai massages, there are some outcall listed there. This may cost you extra at your hotel, up to 800 baht by the hotel for bringing a "friend" up to your room. And they will take down her name from her ID. This is for your protection. Unless you register with your "girlfriend" who is meeting you at your hotel later. LOL

You can also walk along Sukhumvit and many of the Sois and check out the women who work at the massage parlors. I have not tried them. They post the massage prices on the windows of the shops. Not sure if they provide "special" treatments.

Personally, I like either the Thai massage then the special or the body, soapy or bath massage then the special. And if you really want to have fun, have 2 women work you over. You have to do that at least once in your life. I found that the women at Caesars Entertainment in general are the best looking. But, I have rarely see any foreigners or farang there. I am an ethnic Japanese and get treated like a local. So, I forget about those things. Plus you will probably pay more than the advertised price.
