my child's blood test revealed she suffers from allergy, in fact she has asthma and some patches of eczema in her legs. The doctor explained that the average blood level is 63 points but my daughter has 64 points, this indicates she has Allergy in her blood. The doctor said is not very high but still worries me, could anyone please tell me wether 64 points is too high? Many many thanks.

No it's fine - yes it may vary slightly in new born babies. With a allergy time will tell.

Skin conditions are always a huge indicator of an allergic reaction.
Most times people treat the symptoms and never the problem.
Lucky you (her) you know the problem and can treat it.

I don't mean to scare you- the reality is that some allergies can be life threatening. So based on what you said she is "not high" on the chart [which is good], yet sensitive enough that it is revealed.

I have lived a lifetime with allergies and my son has similar ones.
Isolate all the allergens, and create a good environment at home and in car for your child. There are many websites and products, processes and instructions available to you to make this all happen. The simple things you can even get at Walmart.

You need to read all "food labels" and never assume anything..
When she is at school, make sure all the staff knows she has allergies from the nurse to each of her teachers and other parents.

The doctors staff will help you out. If she is allergic to animals, then sorry to say everything must go, except the family fish.

I am removing my carpet in the Spring and replacing the whole house with tile and use Hep pa filters in everything. [carpet just traps it- never can be clean enough]

Best wishes. its just a lifestyle change, nothing any different than having to wear glasses or braces. Just don't become complacent. It is easy to do.

I too suffer from eczema. I avoid sitting on the ground...keep the place clean and find out which food she is allergic to. I'm not sure about the points...I suffer from a not-so-severe eczema...so i guess we should be sharing the same problem. Do email me if you need help.
P.S.Try to avoid activities which may quicken heartbeat
