Here is a $199 flight I managed to dig up.

You can choose departure time after booking.

For all those people saying Southwest Airlines, dont forget Southwest doesnt fly into Atlanta.

I'd advise against Hotwire. Since you can't book exact flights, that $200 flight may be for the first flight out of DFW and the first flight back from ATL. (First flights of the day are usually the cheapest) So there's a very good chance you won't be able to depart at 9:30am and 3pm.

Instead, go direct to American at http://www.aa.com

My fare search found flights leaving almost the exact time you want to leave (A 9:30am and 1:10pm depature) and return for about $250. You better hurry though since this close to the date of travel the airfare may spike up at any time.

Southwest does not fly from DFW or ATL.

Your best bet is Southwest Airlines! I would try them! I fly family in from DFW to Kansas City, MO for 49 dollars one way!

Best prices come from Southwest "dings." Sometimes you can get something good on travelocity.com or expedia.com, but the chances are better if you are more flexible with the dates and times. I got a $500 round trip ticket from SDF-HNL last year from hotwire.com. Good luck!
