i am 41yo, my nose has been red for at least 5 yrs, slowly getting stronger colour!! it's a question of blood vesels - but what is the answer?
can i stop/reverse this process?
i am NOT on alcoholic!

It sounds like rocesea. It, very often, starts at middle age. It can show itself by a "butterfly" like rash across your face and/or nose. You should really seek a dermatologist opinion. Unfortunately, if left untreated, your nose could become bulbous (swollen, enlarged). So do not leave this problem untreated for too long. Good Luck!

Blood pressure is one reason. If you have not had physical in a while I would see your DR.
