stick to it, make that easier by setting small goals that are acheivable soon and progress from there, best sort of motivation is to see it working but if you wanna lose 10 stone by the end of the week its not exactly acheivable! reward yourself with other things than food when you do well, don't give up when you have a 'bad' day, and be proud of yourself! of and plan your menus weekly, that way you know what you're going to eat. all i need to do is take my own advice again now!! (restarting weight watchers)

eat little and often have some healthy snacks around such as fruit and veg when ever you feel hungry have a piece of fruit but only 1 and wait at least an hour before having something else remember it takes your body a while to realize it has had food. don't eat in front of the TV as you can easily snack and snack and you are distracted from what you are eating don't Deny yourself any thing you really crave but only have a tiny portion and savor it. most people barely taste what they are eating so eat slowly and give your full attention to what you are eating.
exercise helps too but don't set yourself to high a goal for it a little everyday is a lot better than a big session 1 day and being put off for the rest of the week. it takes 21 days to gain a habit and you should only try to gain 1 at a time so set yourself 1 good habit to acquire such as a 20 min walk a day and do it same time every day.

I have spent three years travelling the world, living with and studying culture and diet, and throughout extensive research i have discovered how any person can eat any amounts of any food and will maintain their ideal original weight. My evidence has been obtained from several tribes through Africa, Mongolia and far east. Now obviously these diets are varying to our own but calorie intake for most of the tribes i lived with is generally around 200 more than we are recommended per person.
The secret is; an enzyme contained in human urine breaks down all unnecessary soluble fats into fecal matter. If you (as i do) drink around 200ml of your own urine (second morning urination is best) daily, you will notice results within 7 days. People may feel drinking their own urine is a disgusting thing to do, but all it is is a bi product from a human, similar to bees producing honey, and similar in taste. You don't have to tell anyone, just try it for a week and amaze yourself.

I'm shedding pounds too. Here's some things that I have found that work:

1. Drink lots of water. It will keep you feeling full and satisfied. It's also fabulous for your skin.

2. Eat lots of fruits, veggies, beans and other high fiber, low fat foods. They fill you up, keep you regular and and also help to lower your cholesterol.

3. Get some exercise in every day, even if it's just a short walk. More is better. Mixing it up between cardio and strength training is best.

4. Watch your portions. A good way to do this is to eat on a smaller plate. Sometimes it really helps to measure out a favorite food, such as dry cereal. That way, you can get a visual idea of what a portion really looks like.

5. Eat several small meals a day, as opposed to two, or three big meals. Make sure one of them is breakfast. Snacks are OK, as long as they are healthy and you are not endlessly munching. Measure them out when you first get home from the grocery store and put them in little baggies. That way, you can just grab one portion and not the whole box, or bag.

6. Eat some fats, especially good ones that are high in HDLs, such as olive and canola oils, avocados, walnuts, etc. HDLs help lower your cholesterol. Fats help you absorb nutrients and are good for your skin.

7. Hopefully, you like fish. Fish, such as Salmon and Halibut are high in omega 3 fatty acids and are very good for you, not to mention low in fat and calories. Eat broiled, baked, steamed or seared fish several times a week. Stay away from breaded, or fried.

8. Keep a set of light-weight dumbells on the kitchen counter. Every time you walk in to the kitchen, grab them and do a set of lifts, or curls. You'll have arms of steel and maybe have shed a pound, or two, in no time.

9. Don't weigh yourself every day. Your weight can fluctuate by several pounds in only a few hours. You'll go crazy watching it go up and down and it may cause you to fall off your program. Instead, weight yourself just once a week.

10. Set mini goals and offer yourself a small, non-food, reward for your successes. Example: I will lose 3 lbs this month and buy myself a new pair of shoes (necklace, pedicure, toothbrush, etc.,) if I succeed. Be patient and keep your rewards in focus.

Good luck! See ya at the beach! :)

Don't think you are on a diet nor say you are. You should say you are acquiring a new lifestyle. Dieting is only temporary, this is why many people gain the weight back after losing weight.

Best thing to do is zip your mouth. Make sure you do not eat sweets, chocolates, chips, ice-cream, dough-nuts, cakes everything that makes your mouth water. That to me is like cutting my own throat. I wish you all the best , i have put on a couple of Kilo's and i have to do something about it, sooooon. But i love sweets stuff. Ohhh what to do, what to do. Good luck, let me know how you are doing:))
