Please help me if u have gone thru a weight loss schedule that made u what u wanted to be,. i request u to share ur success with me. i need to reduce my weight 70 kgs to 50. help me

The best diet out there is to just exercise for 30 minutes daily and cut out all the junk food. This includes soda, ice cream, candy, cookies, chips, french fries...anything that you know is bad for you. This is the best diet! I am slender and I just watch what I eat and make sure I get exercise!

weight loosing is not at all a big deal now a days,
many weight loosing programes r being given by many beauty centers,
if not intrested in those ,play a lot like basket ball and shuttel&
have much water than food

better not reduce all the food levels to 50% or 60% of your regular diet eat quality foods of low and sufficient calories better take 70 to 75% of your natural quantity lessen oils,and then practise doing

Get up in the morning and take lime juice and one spoon of honey in a glass of warm water.
Do light exercise for 45 minutes(Light jogging, brisk walking etc)
Take a glass of fat free milk
Take two chapattis, some curd prepared from fat free milk, one bowl of salad containing cucumber, tomato, carrot.
In the afternoon, take one cup of herbal tea and one biscuit.
Go for walk for 45 minutes.
In the night take a bit of paneer, two chapatti and a bowl of salad.
In this way, expect to lose 2 to 2.5 kg per month.
It will take you four to five months to come down to 50kg.
Most of all it requires discipline and will power to lose weight.

I've heard many people say that if you eat dinner for breakfast and breakfast for dinner you can lose a lot of weight.It's all about the times and everything
