For the tummy: Working out is the only answer i am afraid. You need an excercise routine of both cardio work and sit ups as the sit ups build the stomach muscle while the cardio gets rid of any fat covering them. I do four sets of 15 sit ups every time i am at the gym and i hold the position for three minutes before i start. If you join a gym (or already have), speak to someone about helping you devise an exercise regime, but remember that you need both the sit ups and the cardio.

Stretch Marks: Nothing will get rid of them, but Palmers Cocoa Butter is the best thing for helping them fade. They do a cream designed specifically for stretch marks, and all their products are pretty cheap - and smell great.

I bought a Pilates video to do after kidos go to bed. It has REALLY helped with my stomache! Plus, I don't have the back pain that I used to.

For my stretch marks, I use a sugar scrub (I like the incredible spreadible scrub by origins or the sugar scrub by mary Kay) every shower to help slough off the dead skin cells and rejuvinate the skin. Then, I used to use Eucerin because it is so moisturizing. Now I have started Mary Kay's Cellu-Shape Contouring System. I just use on my tummy so far, but I have noticed the skin is getting better and smoother. I didn't really have cellute there, but my skin was uneven and loose. I have done it a month and seen good results, but I am going to keep doing it to see how it works. It is a pretty new product, so I don't really know anyone that has done it more than a month or so.

A healthy diet(as in eating pattern) and lifestyle with some more exercise will flatten the tummy, I would recommend something fun like Tai Bo or a dance class,as opposed to hours in gym but thats just me! As for the stretch marks,Bio Oil does indeed work miracles!

To flatten you tummy do stomach crunches. Exercises using that swiss ball are meant to be fab for your core muscles (the ones which are round your stomach and sides). Also for stretch marks I've heard that bio oil is excellent if used twice daily. HTH

Bio oil is fantastic for stretch marks. the only way to flatten the stomach is through exercise (or surgery). Pilates is great and won't wear you out too much!
