I've used a spray from a pet store with no success. He pulled almost all his feathers from under his wing and is working on the outside. He has no fleas or ticks as well as the other cockatiels.
Any suggestions or advise?

Cockatiel pulling out feather some times indicates stress my suggestion is to find out what the source of this is. After, you may want to increase your time with you pet just talking to it will help your bird. Good friendship with animals help you and your pet.

Actually, cockatiels rarely are pluckers. I would assume that your bird has some medical issues going on that are making him do this. Also, please don't use anymore sprays from the petstore. They are NO good and can make the problem worse. I would reccomend taking your bird to the vet and have some tests done to determine what is wrong.
Your bird could have an allergy to the food it is eating. What type of foods do you feed your birds? Sometimes they can have a reaction to artifically colored foods such as some pellet brands out there. How often do you bath your bird? They should get a good soak once a week.

Good luck!

STRESS RELATED & SEXUALLY FRUSTRATED we had to make a small hoodie out of a piece of firm plastic for our bird to stop picking at his feathers and buy the spray bitter off its a spray that you can spray on the bird and it will help stop the picking of the feathers and take off the hoodie occationally so he can preen himself but they have to be monitored cause they may start picking at them again during the time the hoodie is off

The bird is stressed. needs toys, a friend, or more time with people. It might be too isolated.

He's probally bored or somethings freaking him out. Try moving his cage. If that doesn't help try playing with him more.
