Canary Islands if looking for warm weather. South of Spain and Algarve are not far enough south in February. Went to Algarve in May once, cold and wet might have had a bad week but would only go again late June/July/august/September.

I went to egypt in march last year. It was nice and warm (not too hot) during the day, but cooler at night.
