Last night i woke up coved in HIVES! I did not eat anything different than I usaully do, no medications, same laundry soap, shampoo, etc. N E way, this will sound crazy but it is a serious question... If my boyfriend had something in his system i was allergic to, could it pass through his semen and effect me?

I used to wake up with hives. I was never able to figure out what it was that caused it. NO it is not possible for something in your boyfriends semen to cause it...it would have to be something in your environment. If you ask a doctor, they will want you to figure out what it is around you that is causing your hives. But you sound like me...i never changed soaps, detergent or anything so I was never able to figure out the cause.
If the hives continue, i would suggest going to your doctor and asking for a prescription for zyrtec. IF you don't want to go to the doctor, you could also take a couple of benadryl tablets before you go to sleep. Both of these meds PREVENT hives. I've used benadryl and zyrtec and they both work.

that is quite possible. It can also be caused by stress. Is anything giving you a lot of stress lately?
